Rock out at Brewtag with these 3 stellar local bands! Special thanks to Rock Star Booking for organizing this lineup.

A 3-piece original band from the shores of NC. Mixing melodic vocals with drum line inspired percussion, acoustic bass rawness, filling keyboard sounds and a fancy tuned guitar into tracks that are hard to put into one category. The front of the band has been making music together for almost 3 decades adding the rhythm section in 2019. They started out playing covers and delved back into their roots as songwriters releasing their first album “Coriolis Effect” in early 2023. You can find them playing on stages across North Carolina and expanding their reach into South Carolina and Virginia.

Anchor Blazer

Shortly after NYE 2020, four mild-mannered nature pimps took a break from their day gigs to test-drive a few tunes and immediately fell into a groove. Two years later, this guitar/bass/drum combo lives somewhere “between a rock and a jam space,” delivering an eclectic mix of gritty Americana, hippie jams, straight-ahead punk, the occasional jazz cut — plus a collection of originals that are born from the tradition of “three chords and the truth,” but with a few more chords.  Catch’ em dropping anchor at a range of Outer Banks clubs, town festivities, benefits and good ol’ fashioned backyard parties. Amity means friendship.

Jonny Waters & Co.

Jonny Waters brings good vibes to the world with uplifting lyrics and melodies, soulful solos and singing, and groove-focused beats. Jonny and the group are from the Outer Banks of NC and bring a laid-back island vibe to the stage while still delivering a soulful, energetic performance!
